Abstract
This paper studies a channel state information (CSI) prediction scheme applied to a closed-loop multi-user multiple-input multiple-output (MU-MIMO) system to compensate for a capacity loss due to control delay. We perform computer simulations using parameters that consider practical usage, and the results show that a 2 × 2 pre-coding MU-MIMO has a larger capacity with the linear prediction of CSI than without any prediction by 1.3-1.6 orders of magnitude.
