Interactive mechanism of enterprise´s internal and external knowledge networks in open innovation

This article mainly fills the gap by providing a theoretical integrated model. It categorizes the internal and external knowledge interaction into different types, such as inter-individuals, intra- or inter-organizations etc. Then, the article analyzes the interrelationship of internal and external knowledge networks. The article also analyzes the knowledge absorption process, knowledge integration mechanism of external and internal knowledge, knowledge dissemination steps to external environment, and the new knowledge creation and emergency mechanism deeply. Based on the above analysis, we establish an interaction model according to the direction of knowledge flow and the process of value creation.
