Abstract :
With the development of the Internet, user community has been an important source of user innovation. Online community innovation has been received more and more attention during these years. Therefore, it is necessary for us to know how the community innovation happens and which factors within the community are beneficial to the realization of the innovative behavior. In this article, we first review the previous literatures about online community and its structure. Then focusing on the structure of online community, we summarize the conditions of community innovation from three dimensions of online community structure-people, purpose and policy. Finally, we make a summary about this paper. Meanwhile, several suggestions about online community innovation have been put forward.
