Abstract

Based on the concept depictions and systems analysis of cloud computing and e-commerce features, we proposed a service-oriented e-commerce Turban model with cloud computing, which we called "Cloud-based enterprise e-commerce framework". The framework can be used to analyze the feasibilities of cloud-computing-based e-commerce and impacts on SME e-commerce in aspects of technology, service, and business model. Finally we propose a roadmap of "adoption-implementation-evaluation-innovation" as the development strategies for SME e-commerce based on cloud computing.
