  • Abstract
    Design of the replaceable control system specially dedicated to China Experimental Fast Reactor (CEFR) is discussed in this paper, which is used for assembling and disassembling the replaceable equipment of reactor noumenon. In order to control the crane motor, conventional electrical components have been applied without using PLC. WTG-A-type microcomputer-controlled height monitor, WTZ-A-type microcomputer-controlled weight monitor and control circuit have been used to take complex faults logic judgment function and position function. The control system has installed some equipment into the reactor safely and accurately. Since the control system is independent, simple, reliable and easy to be installed on site, it has saved time and cost for CEFR project.
