Abstract :
In order to choose the appropriate radiation material as the material of Micro-burner in the MTPV systems (Micro Thermophotovoltaic system), and make heat radiation wave of these materials meet to the wavelength of GaSb PV cells band gap as much as possible, radiation experiments of micro-burner were investigated with different radiation material in this paper. Through the comparative analysis of radiation spectral distribution with various materials under different temperature, the experimental results show: SiC is more suitable for application of high temperature which needs more gas quantity to realize high wall temperature; while Al2O3 material has good radiation spectral distribution, and implementation condition is simple, Therefore Al2O3 is more suitable for these experiments.
