Abstract :
Using ESE diesel of AVL FIRE the combustion is simulated for common rail diesel engine at 3000 r/min, 300 N·m. On the basis of the average pressure measured in cylinder, parameters of the combustion model, ignition model and break-up model are analyzed, and their effects on combustion are determined. And considered the influences of three kinds of model parameters on the combustion, four groups of parameters are combined and calculated, so we can obtain the combination whose results is the closest with test, which laid a foundation for simulation analysis of combustion process.
