Abstract :
This paper contributes to the conformance testing of RPL. Through analyzing the protocol, a model based on the Finite State Machine(FSM) is proposed to describe the RPL. Combined with the existing methods, an algorithm is applied to generate the test sequence for RPL conformance testing with this model. The result shows that this method not only achieves higher test coverage and shorter length of the test sequences but also optimizes the test steps.
