Abstract :
This paper proposed a wireless power transfer system which used printed circuit board as antenna for both transmitter and receiver. The antenna in this system is driven by high frequency inverter which operates at resonant frequency of the antenna. This paper also describes the designing relations of wireless power transfer antenna. Experimental results confirm that the designed antenna have self-resonant frequency at 2 MHz as design. The efficiency of the antenna is highest at 40 mm distance between transmitter and receiver. At distance of 80 mm, the total efficiency of proposed system is approximately 56.7 %.
