Abstract :
The dielectric properties of biological tissues represent a growing interest in terms of characterization in medicine. However, the influence of burned tissues on the evolution of the dielectric properties is not very developed. In this paper, the microwave characterization of biological tissues in a liquid medium is presented. The determination of the depth of burn tissue is measured using this method.
