Abstract :
The aim of the present work is to present the characterization of OR logic based on SOA-NOLM. Three input states were being analyzed. Numerical simulation was also studied in the way of effect of semiconductor optical amplifier (SOA) on the gain, polarization state and extinction ratio. The effect of time delay and polarization also been analyzed.
