Abstract
The paper develop a solution of integrating heating, cooling and ventilation equipments, which are monitored and commanded by a controller, for the telecommunications equipments and air conditioning equipments, that assure a significant decrease in electric energy consumption, as well as a decrease of management costs that are very high.
