Abstract :
Virtual enterprises are applied with success in various domains for manufacturing and they can be used also for tasks similar to manufacturing (i.e. for the supply chain problem solving). Such a domain is civil engineering which provides constructions. The paper presents an agent-based model for the development of a virtual enterprise that performs constructions building. A case study of using the model is described.
