Abstract :
Two synthesis procedures of an adaptive antenna array based on the amplitude-phase and only-phase perturbations for providing reduction of susceptibility of jamming are presented. The jamming suppression is achieved by the side lobe cancellation in a required direction. We consider a receiving antenna, which is characterized by the direction of the main beam for receiving the useful signal and the additional direction of the notch, in which the jamming should be suppressed. The required amplitude - phase distribution along the array is provided by the phase shifters and controllable attenuators/amplifiers. The radiation pattern transformation under the influence of the error connected with a quality of phase shifters and attenuators/amplifiers was investigated.
