Abstract :
A crucial factor for the success of bike sharing system is its ability to ensure that bicycles are available for pick up and vacant berths available for bicycle drop off at every station. This paper deals with an original modelling approach of bike-sharing systems including their repositioning activities by using Petri nets with variable arc weights.
