Abstract :
We describe in this paper a numerical simulation of magnetic hysteresis for ferromagnetic materials based on Jiles-Atherton model. In order to study the performance of this model, we investigate the influence of various model parameters on the shape of hysteresis loop. For this purpose we decide to focus on the system response for different excitation signals. The performed model can also simulate minor hysteresis loops and the demagnetization process.
