Abstract :
Producing components of energy storage for electric vehicles and the production of the vehicles themselves is partly material different from the production process of combustion engine and hybrid drive vehicles. Concerning high voltage safety the teaching and development of skills in terms of electro mobility is a basis for a midterm realization of acceptable lot sizes in a series production environment to produce electric vehicles. So far, there are rarely any educational models or training methods for production orientated qualifications regarding high voltage components. Hence, companies are required to design appropriate trainings of the HV-production themselves to ensure a safe handling for HV-energy-storages and innovative production methods. Thus the following abstract provides a survey about different possibilities and limits of innovative training methods in respect of production orientated qualification of HV-energy-storage as well as potential fields of application for research in electro mobility. Thereby the focus of research in HV-qualification is the method of business games, which covers the whole process chain of the HV-energy-storage production and is based on the integration and development of already acquired knowledge. Additionally in this abstract the first test results are introduced, which were gained through already implemented business games in HV-qualifications. Furthermore feasible starting points for further research in this field are shown. Thus it will be elaborated why it is important to design and develop innovative business games, which are adjusted to the companies´ situation and challenges, in the context of HV-qualification.
