  • Abstract
Internet of Things (IoT) allows the interconnection of smart objects, such as robots, wireless sensors, and of human beings. Object recognition is a key unresolved challenge for robotics, but an Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID) or Quick Response Code (QR codes) can help in solving this problem. IoT proposes a new way of object recognition. By making objects "smart" and connected, robots do not need to identify objects around them since objects automatically identify themselves to robots. In this work, we propose and implement an integrated system of robots, Smart Box and RFID as an approach for IoT. In our system, robot can connect with other things in IoT and can take useful information for solving different tasks.
