Abstract :
In this paper, we consider the problem of interference suppression by means of precoding method in multiuser MIMO (MU-MIMO) downlink communications. Compared with the conventional algorithms such as Block Diagonalization in the Presence of Other Cell Interference (BD-POCI) and Block Diagonalization with Signal to Leakage plus Noise Ratio (BD-SLNR) solutions, the proposed scheme keeps the merit of SLNR and Block Diagonalization (BD) while overcoming their shortcomings in error rate performance. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed scheme achieves better error rate performance while maintaining much the same achievable sum-rate.
