Abstract :
This paper describes research on military user attitudes about technology. The study used a questionnaire based on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology model. The initial findings indicate that primary and secondary users may have similar technology acceptance perspectives. If future research confirms these conclusions, designers will be able to adopt a unified approach to envision military user goals with a system, rather than assume that user goals diverge due to differences in responsibility and frequency of use.
