Abstract :
Servicenics theory [1] is an extension of Gamenics theory for facilitating service engineering. It is an attempt to extend game design to the general principles of service engineering. It is based on the assumption that mobile social game design is based on the generally-applicable design paradigms of service engineering. The author proposes a six-stage view of Servicenics principles that are augmented from the four-stage golden rules of mobile social game design.
