Abstract
The aim of this paper is to share the early results available from IST-103 regarding QoS (Quality of Service) and SLA (Service Level Agreement) definition. This paper is a position paper addressing how PCN WG sees Quality of Service Management & Service Level Agreement Management. The paper will address following topics: The PCN Concepts, the SLA Management and the resulting QoS management solution.
