Abstract :
Graphene demodulator devices operating on the concept of ballistic transport have been recently shown as a new pathway to provide novel functionality. In this work we simulate and optimize such a device using high frequency simulation software. The simulation points to two different optimization steps that may be realized and also enables explanation of the devices high frequency behavior. Finally, parameters such as graphene sheet resistance are indirectly evaluated.
