  • Abstract
    A novel hysteresis controller with a direct torque constraint hysteresis (DTCH) shape based on the d-q-coordinate System is presented in this paper. This controller supports the inverter of the drive train system with a bit-pattern. The Inverter drives a permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) by connecting a dc-source, e.g. a Battery-System or a dc-link to the drive. Calculation of the hysteresis shape for the controller is shown regarding the dimensioning of the PMSM. With a given torque tolerance the controller will avoid any higher torque creating current.
