  • Abstract
In this paper, cascaded and centralized model predictive control architectures are presented for a three-phase booster rectifier. The predictive control systems are designed in discrete-time and multirate sampling is used in the cascaded control. Robustness is compared in both architectures with respect to line inductance variations. Experiment results are used to demonstrate the performance and robustness analysis of the predictive control systems.
