Abstract :
The vibration suppression control for residual vibrations at the time of settling and an automatic adjustment function are presented in this paper. The vibration suppression control is realized by the framework of two degrees of freedom control and suppresses two-frequency vibrations. The proposed automatic adjustment function regulates the parameters of vibration suppression control from a waveform in actual motor movement. The construction and means of adjustment are described. The efficiency of the presented control methods and adjustment function is shown by experiments.
