Abstract
Detailed production planning is a multi criteria task. While performance orientated classical planning objectives like cycle time minimization have extensively been studied in the scientific literature, production planning with respect to energy efficiency has rarely been addressed. We propose a priority rule based multi criteria scheduling framework for production planning in a make-to-order manufacturing environment that allows for dealing with both, classical performance orientated objectives as well as energy efficiency.
