Abstract
A measurement scheme is presented for obtaining the physical parameters of a photovoltaic module with a short light flash. The module is under constant load and voltage and current are recorded during the decaying illumination intensity of the flash. The physical parameters are extracted by means of the one diode model including voltage dependent capacitance. From these parameters the stationary current-voltage curve is reconstructed for a wide range of illumination levels.
