  • Abstract
    A simulating panel for neuron modeling is introduced by using graphical user interface (GUI). It is compatible for studying the behavior of neuro transmitter and neuro receiver. It also aids in learning continuous deterministic Hodgkin-Huxley (H-H) complex mathematical equations. Thus it helps user to build a real time module and easy visualization of results in the panel. Therefore, discussion on GUI panel for H-H model in comparison with Kv3.3 model motivates to propose an "improved" H-H model.
