Abstract :
Using hardware virtualization in computer laboratories to aid in the teaching of different courses has been investigated and explored in the past. Most of the literature on the subject deals with specific courses where the domain is very particular to a specific institution. This paper presents a framework that could be used to implement a decentralized hardware full-virtualization solution for a computer laboratory, irrespective of the vendor product, which will benefit the lab administrator the student and the instructor.
