  • Abstract
    Non-routine bonded agriculture owns its basic conception; there are common and different points between non-routine bonded agriculture and traditional bonded businesses; the managing modes of producing with imported materials and producing on supplied materials could be taken in non-routine bonded agriculture; there are differences between non-routine bonded agriculture and traditional agriculture in many aspects such as capital running, managing risks, harmonizing relative parties actions, produce marketing channels, restricting for foreign merchants, producing cost, etc. It is very important to pay enough attention to managing mechanism reformation; the main risks in non-routine bonded agriculture include invalid supervision, harmonizing mechanism not working, foreign merchants breaking contracts, force majeure, price wave, etc. The developing directions of non-routine bonded agriculture should be the cultivating of famous brands, the extensive application of origin marks, laying down special technical terms, standardizing authentications, etc.
