Abstract
With the fast development of education, a high-level team of teachers is the most important condition for the quality of higher education. However, under the impact of the market economy, some teachers don´t concentrate on teaching. Analyzing the reasons and finding solutions to make teachers focus on their work and scientific research become the priority of university. Several studies have proposed that higher job satisfaction can lead to higher organizational commitment. Since teachers satisfied with their jobs are more likely to be happy and have a stronger will to work hard, they may be more effective and successful in performing their roles. This study uses exploratory factor analysis and regression analysis to explore the predictors of job satisfaction and organizational commitment and identify the correlations between them. It is found that teachers´ job satisfaction has positive influence on organizational commitment and growth & development, social recognition and working environment are three most predictive factors.
