  • Abstract
Introducing the fuzzy theory and several contract that are used in our daily life, finding some problems in these contracts when using the contracts in reality, and description the option contract model and assumption. Considering a two-stage supply chain of one supplier and one retailer, models of centralized decision, option contract were constructed under a fuzzy demand environment. The optimal policies of these models were presented by the ranking method of fuzzy numbers based on the fuzzy cut sets theory. Build the model of integrated supply chain and option contract, and give the optimal solution. At last, the optional order quantity was solving under fuzzy demand environment, and getting the conclusion that the option contract can achieving the coordination of the supply chain under fuzzy demand environment.
