Abstract :
Technical level of technology transfer projects related to the competitiveness of the products on the market. For enterprises, the level of technology can be said to be the first factor. Thesis describes and analyzes the system technical evaluation factors, constructed to evaluate ideas, proposed evaluation indicators. Thesis research work for the further evaluation of the theoretical model of pointed out the orientation and reference. In research of indicator system and theoretical model, strategic management theory, trade theory, value chain, industrial chain, systems theory and other disciplines of knowledge across multiple research themes from multiple perspectives are integrated use. Use real options, technology options to establish the comprehensive index and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of technical control.
