Abstract :
According to previous researches of BOT concession, many of the researches are connected to the concession and the concession agreement. The precondition of these researches is that there is only one project company cooperate with the government, and they cannot deal with the company exit in the middle of cooperation or the government choose another company to deal with the operation because the government want to maximum all the profits. Due to these problems, this paper proposed a method which using dynamic game theory after numerous game and sports minimum cost knowledge to solve the above problem, according to the study, we found that this case may also be developed into a new infrastructure financing method which could provide a theoretical basis for the future infrastructure.
