Abstract :
Community health service is the grassroots medical service, the development of community health services plays an important role in improving people´s health. The community health service satisfaction evaluation is an important issue in the community health service management. Reasonable or not of the evaluation is related to the sustainable development of the community health service directly, is also related to the realization health equity. In this paper, the comprehensive evaluation and reduction of rough set theory is combined, firstly, evaluated the objects, then obtained the evaluation rules. On the one hand, it can reduce the too much cost of evaluation index it takes, on the other hand, it can reduce the complexity of the expert system knowledge base, and accelerate the speed of the reasoning of the expert system, thereby improve the timeliness of the evaluation.
