Abstract :
In order to evaluate the collaborative innovation effectiveness of university research team in Yunnan, this paper first builds the collection of evaluation that V={V1, V2, V3, V4}stands for {excellent, good, medium, poor} based on evaluation index system of collaborative innovation effectiveness of knowledge team of heterogeneity which the group developed before, second collects data from teachers who host or participate in provincial or national projects, and then processes the data in fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The results show, the overall collaborative innovation effectiveness of university research team in Yunnan is relatively low, the rates are excellent, good, medium, poor is 0.25,0.21,0.20,0.35 in turn.
