Abstract :
Government has formulated a series of stimulating the Marine economic development policies since 2003, which promote the financial capital into the Marine economy. Based on DEA model this paper measured the financial support including the overall Marine economy, Marine tertiary industry and Marine of three big areas in our country. Studies have found that the majority of Marine economy enterprises´ financial support of our country is still in a non-effective state. Looking from the point of Marine tertiary industry, the financial support differences tend to decrease year by year. Looking from three areas, the pearl river delta and Yangtze river delta respectively, with strong economic strength and rich folk finance, resulting in relatively high and rapid growth of financial support. This paper argues that the government should continue to offer Marine economy strong financial support. Meanwhile, the government should develop the multilevel financial market.
