New exploration-the role of E-finance in small business financing

In the modern world, the business of network financing is one branch of E-finance innovation, which means the debit and credit activity between the enterprises and the financial institutions based on the network intermediary services. This paper analyses the utility and current situation of the network financing. Then through the comparison of different modes between domestic and foreign e-business enterprises, the article focus on finding out the solution to overcome the financing dilemma of small business and providing some recommendations to improve Chinese e-finance market.
