  • Abstract
    Noncommissioned officers recruited directly from the army have better professional knowledge basis, but with the constant upgrading of various types of military equipments and continually increasing demands, the training of noncommissioned officers must be continuously to improved and strengthened. This paper analyzes the main training problem the directly-recruited noncommissioned officers current are facing, a "four in one" mode of training them has been put forward.
