China´s eastern and western construction enterprise energy measurement and management research

The construction industry, as one of the three pillar industries, is an important area of promoting the building of our country. However, enterprises in the management of construction enterprises exists many problems. In this paper, we start from the management of construction´s energy consumption defection, analyzing the whole process of input-output construction industry energy, building energy efficiency evaluation system. Then based on construction enterprises of 22 provinces in the panel data of 2010, using data envelopment analysis explores China´s eastern and western construction energy efficiency, and finally against China´s eastern and western different situations propose appropriate management recommendations.
