Study on the optimal strategy for the foreign capital entering into the port market of China

When foreign capital enters into Chinese port market, a few heavy important relationships emerge between the two major stakeholders, foreign firms and foreign partner (refers to domestic ports). From the perspective of foreign firms and domestic ports, this paper studies the influence on their own interests that different modes of foreign capital will bring about. The result can provide a scientific basis of the optimal entry strategy for foreign investment under different conditions.
