Research on improving Liaoning Enterprise´s self-innovation ability

Nowadays, enterprise´s ability of innovation is becoming the key component of whether one could win competitive advantage in area economic, which at the same time is source of area continuous improvement. This article based on analyzing the current innovative ability of Liaoning Enterprise, detailed the existing problems of Liaoning enterprise innovation, devoted to make developmental and balanced management strategy suggestions based on enterprises and government two dimensions, reference to make related governmental policies and ensure key point of technique input in supportive field, also to enterprise´s self-innovation construction and make future developmental target and developmental strategies.
