  • Abstract
There are two ways for behavioral science theory to find the motive power in the developing things, which are inner-force and the external environmental stimuli. Inner-force includes: preventing false card fraud, product function innovation, product differentiation strategy, the communication cost decreasing. The external environmental stimuli includes: per capita consumption increasing, improvement of the acceptance environment, the quantity of bank card increasing, a surge in cross-border consumption, magnetic card technology being mature, the support of government policy. Depending on this theory, this paper aims at finding out the motivating factors of the EMV migration in China and adopting Grey relational analysis to value part of the factors. It´s easy to find environmental incentives for EMV migration playing an important role. After that, Dynamic mechanism model would be used to explain the action mechanism of the model.
