Abstract
With the trend of triple play, digital cultural resources have an increasingly significant influence on cultural dissemination, and the management and operation model also become the key point of attention and discussion. This article analyzes the business models which can be used in the aspects of management and operation on digital cultural resources from three different platforms - the Internet, the broadcast networks and telecom networks, and then emphasizes the use of triple play to improve the user´s personalized service, and reveals the problems during the operation of business model.
