Abstract :
CB-CDP is a scalable, robust and cloud-based file level Continuous Data Protection (CDP) system. It is a new architecture based on traditional CDP. Instead of focusing on traditional Continuous Data Protection in single data node, the new architecture works mainly on distributed storage. This paper describes the architecture of CB-CDP, its feather set and the usage of distributed storage on CDP. Taking advantage of MooseFS, CB-CDP will have unlimited storage. To make this feature come true, this system takes in some new features.
