Abstract
Based on study about the L1 interface protocol in CDMA Digital Cellular Mobile Telecommunication Network Location Based Service, this paper proposes hash algorithms and methods encapsulation to implement the monitoring module of L1 interface protocol. We provide a detailed description of the decoding scheme and the CDR synthesis algorithm of the L1 interface protocol. The scheme has been applied to the CDMA2000 monitoring system for testing. According to the test of network data, our scheme yields the expected results.
