Abstract :
In this paper, we investigate quasi-orthogonal STBC (QOSTBC) with Givens rotation for the OFDM system over frequency selective fading channels. With Givens rotation, the correlation of channel equivalent matrix is eliminated, and the decoding of QOSTBC can be performed with linear combiner at the receiver. Simulation results show that the proposed scheme achieves the full rate transmission, and the BER performance of the proposed scheme is better than OSTBC for OFDM system in the low SNR regime.
