Abstract :
In order to improve the workshop of crane lifting system security, efficiency and stability, The crane system using binocular stereo vision technology to accurate positioning lifting objects and obstacles, auxiliary crane drivers safe driving. Crane avoidance warning visual system design methods and sensor structure parameters of the calculation procedure is proposed through detailed analysis of the system installation and selection of sensors. Meanwhile, the development of visual simulation crane platform, it can achieve simulate actual working process of crane movement and obstacle avoidance. In this paper, verified by experiment the feasibility of the system design. In engineering applications its results of research also have some significance.
