Abstract :
Aimed at the operating rules, complexity and dynamic of regional industrial development system, the author conducted a system model based on dynamic theory to guarantee efficiency and forecast the development trend of regional industry. It could identify some problems when running the system. The exploration of a qualitative and quantitative method reflects the operating mechanisms of regional industrial development system. By observing its behavioral traits, the feedback channel playing a lead role and policy´s leverage point can be found. The empirical analysis of Guangzhou´s industrial development suggests that this method provides theoretical base and guidance for decision-making.
